SUMMARY BILLING AGREEMENT

The 摘要计费 agreement is made between 坦帕电 Company ("坦帕电") and the Customer (the "Customer" is the person or business requesting 摘要计费 by completing the online form) and outlines the terms and conditions of the conversion of Customer's ten or more multiple electric service accounts to 坦帕电's 摘要计费 Program.

The Program allows Customer to receive one 摘要计费 statement per month rather than an individual monthly bill for each of Customer's electric service accounts. Statements are to be paid in full within 10 days of the statement date that appears on the summary bill. Should any billing errors be determined, the adjustment will be reflected on the bill that follows the determination of error.

Meter readings will not be consolidated for Customer's multiple electric service accounts at different premises, and each metered service will continue to be billed at the prescribed service schedule for such service account. Customers on 坦帕电's 预算帐单, 分享项目, 非能源账单, or accounts with past due balances, are not eligible for this program.

The continuance of the Program is subject to the above conditions. Failure to comply with all conditions can result in the immediate removal of all Customer's accounts from the Program with written notice. The Customer may add or delete accounts to the Program within thirty (30) days prior written notification.

This 摘要计费 Agreement is subject to the Rules, 规定, and Rate Schedules for electric service on file with the Florida Public Service Commission, as presently effective or as amended in the future. Except as expressly provided herein, the terms and conditions of existing Contract(s) for Electric Power Service and other Agreement(s), 如果有任何, between 坦帕电 and Customer shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Thirty (30) days prior written notification of termination (unless otherwise stated above) is required.
